Why purchase professionally printed greeting cards?

Professionally printed products are more memorable and have a clean look. We offer a wide variety of designs and allow for plenty of customization and personalization. Our products are made with quality. With all that in mind, the question should be, why not?

Is it possible to change the color or design on a greeting card?

The color, design and size of the greeting cards are only available as shown in the catalog or online. However, you have a choice of color for the verse and personalization on most of our stationery products.

I would like a photo printed on my greeting cards. Is this possible?

On most of our greeting cards, it is possible to print a photo directly on the card. Black-and-white artwork to size is needed. Please contact customer service at lewprint@gmail.com for further requirements and pricing information.

I would like to have artwork added to my greeting cards. Is this possible?

On most of our greeting cards/invitations, it is possible to add artwork/logo. Please contact customer service at lewprint@gmail.com for requirements and pricing information.

Do I have to choose one of your verses for my greeting cards?

Our verse choices are provided as a guide. You may use one of them or create a custom verse for an additional charge of $40.00.

Can my greeting cards be printed in a language other than English?

We have several verse options available in Spanish. You can also create a custom verse in a foreign language if it uses the English alphabet. You may submit artwork for languages that do not use the English alphabet. Please contact customer service at lewprint@gmail.com for requirements and pricing information.

How can I receive samples of the greeting cards that I am interested in?

While browsing our products, you could select the "Request a Sample" link next to the product image. For more information visit the link called "Samples" in the navigation bar at the top of this page.

How do I request a sample of my wording on the greeting card of my choice?

You can preview any greeting card/invitation with your choice of wording and ink color online. No need to request a proof; we've made it easy for you. However, for a $15.00 charge, a proof can be requested. You will receive a black-and-white photocopy proof of your card. This is a good way for you to make sure that all the information is correct and fits properly on the greeting card/invitation you have selected before the order is printed. VERIFY THAT THIS INFORMATION IS CORRECT FOR PROOFS.

ORDERING

How many greeting cards should I order?

Greeting cards are a great way to keep in touch. Order for relatives, friends, and coworkers. Be sure to order enough; it is more expensive to reorder 25 greeting cards than to include 25 extra in your original order.

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Once an order has been submitted over the Internet, mailed or faxed, we cannot guarantee that changes will be made. It is very important that you proofread and double-check your order before you submit it to us for processing.

Can I combine orders of the same card with different personalization for a better price?

Pricing is based on one card design with the same verse and personalization. Each different personalization must be placed as a separate order.

PRODUCTION TIME

How long does it take to process my order?

Once we receive your order, allow 7-10 working days for personalization plus ground service standard delivery time. More time may be required should there be questions about your order.

SHIPPING

How do you ship orders?

Our normal shipping method is ground. However, you may request 2nd day or overnight shipping. Orders sent to P.O., A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes will be sent by U.S. Postal Service. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S.Virgin Islands will be sent by U.S. Postal Service. UPS air shipments are advisable if you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

At this time, we ship orders in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
